Our porous alumina ceramic vacuum chuck adopts high purity alumina porous ceramic disc combined with mounting base plate. Uniform interconnected micropore structure, ultra high flatness surface, precise assembling mounting holes.

Feature: High purity Al2O3 porous ceramic, evenly distributed interconnected micropores, customizable pore size 1 10μm, ultra flat lapped surface, matched black mounting base with fixed installation holes, customizable wafer size from 2to 12 inch.
