Product description
Thick film circuit boards, also known as hybrid circuit boards, are formed by screen printing on substrates of different materials. The substrate is mainly made of 96% alumina ceramic material and sintered at 850°C. The metal slurry is coated on the surface of the ceramic substrate by screen printing technology, and it is prepared after drying and high-temperature sintering.
