Magnesia Crucible

High-Temperature Resistance: Made of high-purity Magnesium Oxide (MgO), our crucible boasts a melting point up to 2800°C and a long-term operating temperature reaching 1600°C - 2000°C.

Chemical Stability: As a weakly alkaline refractory material, it features strong resistance to alkali and molten metal erosion. It remains inert to most metals (like copper, nickel, cobalt, magnesium alloys) without polluting the melt. (Note: Not resistant to strong acids).

Premium Quality: The smooth, white ceramic body is highly dense with low porosity, ensuring excellent thermal stability and a longer service life.

Applications: Widely used in metallurgy, precious metal melting, rare earth material sintering, and high-temperature laboratory experiments.

Usage Tip: Strictly avoid rapid heating or cooling to prevent cracking. Please use step-wise preheating

Refractory Crucible

We use high-purity magnesia powder with MgO content of 98% or above, ensuring excellent chemical stability and consistent quality from batch to batch.

Our crucibles are formed by isostatic pressing and sintered at ultra-high temperatures, resulting in high density, low porosity, and superior mechanical strength.

Our MgO crucibles can withstand long-term operating temperatures up to 2000°C, making them reliable for metal melting, alloy casting, rare earth calcination, and laboratory sintering.

We provide custom sizes, shapes, wall thicknesses, purity levels, and special designs such as spouted or conical crucibles, tailored to your exact process requirements.

Every batch undergoes testing for chemical composition, bulk density, apparent porosity, and thermal shock resistance. Detailed inspection reports are available upon request.
