Machinable glass ceramic Can machine threads, tiny deep holes, irregular steps, and thin-walled precision structures with stable, controllable tolerances; resistant to most weak acids and organic solvents, and the surface doesn't stick to molten metal; suitable for precise applications like high-temperature fixtures, vacuum chamber insulator posts, high-voltage electrode supports, lab sample holders, and semiconductor wafer positioning shafts, supporting both small-batch prototypes and mass production customization.

Machinable glass ceramic bar can also be cut to size or CNC machined to custom specs. They can withstand continuous temperatures up to 800°C and short-term peaks of 1000°C without deforming or creeping.
 
 
Macor ceramic rod feature excellent insulation, low thermal conductivity, low outgassing, and a thermal expansion coefficient compatible with metals.
 
Dimensionally, they're precise up to ±0.013mm, and the polished surface can reach a smoothness of Ra0.013μm. Machinable glass ceramic shaft Ideal for vacuum, high-temperature, high-pressure insulation, and precision components in labs, semiconductors, medical, or aerospace applications.
