High alumina ceramic roller guide

alumina ceramic guide roller wheels are made of 95% / 99%/99.5% high purity Al2O3 powder, isostatic pressing and integrated dense sintering at 1650℃. Full series including single groove, double groove, multi-row groove, U-groove, flange ceramic wheel, split embedded ceramic wheel.

Perfect replacement for nylon, brass, stainless steel, PU guide roller, core wear-resistant wire guiding parts for textile twister, enamel wire winding, optical fiber drawing, cable extrusion, carbon fiber weaving machine.

Alumina ceramic guide

Extreme wear resistance: Mohs hardness Grade 9, HRA 86~91, wear rate only 0.62mm³/(m²·h). 12x durable than stainless steel, 20x than brass, 80x than plastic.

Mirror ultra-low friction: Diamond mirror polished groove, roughness Ra0.1~0.2μm, friction coefficient ≤0.17, wire breakage rate reduced by 93% at high speed running.

High temperature stability: Long-term service up to 1200℃, peak temp 1650℃, no deformation & ceramic powder shedding under high heat.

Insulation & anti-corrosion: Volume resistivity 10 14 Ω·cm, anti-static to eliminate yarn fuzz; resistant to spinning oil, acid & alkali drawing liquid, water absorption ≈0, zero metal ion contamination to wire.
