Silicon Nitride Rotor

Our high-performance Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Stir Rod Mixer, Impeller Rotators, and Rotor Shafts are precision-engineered for aluminum degassing applications. Manufactured from premium pressure-sintered silicon nitride ceramic, these components offer exceptional durability and reliability in harsh molten aluminum environments. Designed to replace traditional metal parts, our ceramic rotors and shafts ensure contamination-free melting and highly efficient hydrogen removal.

Silicon Nitride Stir Rod

Our silicon nitride degassing rotor assemblies are manufactured using gas-pressure sintered Si3N4, resulting in a dense, pore-free structure that outperforms traditional graphite rotors in both service life and purity. The modular design of shaft, impeller, and stir rod ensures ease of installation and maintenance.

Compared to graphite, silicon nitride rotors offer superior thermal shock resistance, higher high-temperature strength, and excellent resistance to molten aluminum corrosion. They do not contaminate the melt, making them ideal for high-grade aluminum alloy refining.

We implement strict full-process inspection from raw powder to finished product. Each batch is tested for density, flexural strength, thermal shock stability, and dimensional accuracy, with material test reports available upon request. Key processes such as green body machining and sintering curves are fully documented to ensure consistent batch-to-batch performance. All products undergo 100% visual inspection before shipment to eliminate cracks, edge chipping, and porosity defects, ensuring reliable operation for our customers.

Our products are packed in custom wooden cases or reinforced cartons, with foam padding and positioning slots to prevent damage during transit. Standard sizes are kept in stock for same-day shipment, while customized products typically require 15 to 20 days lead time. We support express delivery, air freight, and sea freight, and can cooperate with customer-specified freight forwarders or provide export documentation.
