Dense sintered high purity Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic crucible. Outstanding high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation. Mainly applied under vacuum or inert gas environment. Supports cylindrical, square, boat shape crucible, can be manufactured according to customer 2D/3D drawings.
