Rectangular porous ceramic aeration plate

Porous Ceramic Aeration Plate consists of high temperature sintered alumina porous ceramic core and metal mounting housing, fitted with quick connect gas fitting. 
Compressed air passes through the interconnected micro holes inside ceramic and breaks into plenty of tiny bubbles. It improves oxygen dissolving efficiency in water.

Q1: What material makes up your aeration plate?
A: The breathable core is high purity sintered alumina porous ceramic. The outer mounting frame is anti corrosion aluminium alloy with quick connect air nozzle.

Q2: Will the micropores get blocked by sewage sludge?
A: Compared to rubber aerator, rigid ceramic holes are not easy to deform and clog. You can adopt periodic high pressure air back blowing to clear sediment.

Bubbles with diameter of 0.05~0.5mm, the oxygen transfer rate is 35% at water depth of 1 meter, and it increases by 5-8% every 0.5 meter increase in depth

Formed by extrusion ceramic process, rough appearance, suitable for larger sizes. 
Advantages: Removable. (After the ceramic plate has been used for a period of time, micropores may become clogged. Once clogged, the customer can remove and replace it with a new ceramic plate, or return it to the factory. The factory needs to use a high-temperature furnace to re-sinter it, removing the clogged impurities, so it can be reused.)
Disadvantages: Larger bubbles, lower oxygen dissolution rate.
