Q1: Can this BN thermal plate be used directly inside high vacuum coating chamber?
A: Yes, our hot pressed high purity BN plate features low outgassing. We suggest high temperature baking before installation to get better vacuum performance, reduce residual gas release.
Q2: What information do I need to provide for custom quotation?
A: Please provide engineering drawing (STEP / DXF / PDF), or length × width × thickness, hole size, slot position, tolerance, working temperature, working atmosphere and equipment model. If you have old spare part sample, photo or sample is also acceptable.
Q3: Why BN plate crack during vacuum coating working cycle?
A: Main reasons include too fast heating/cooling speed (recommend heating & cooling rate 5℃/min), mechanical impact during installation, local over temperature exceeding limit. Slow temperature change can greatly extend service life.
