boron carbide (B4C) nozzles are sintered from high-purity boron carbide raw material. Featured with ultra-high hardness, excellent wear resistance and low density, widely used in sandblasting, abrasive blasting and surface cleaning industry.

Ultra High Hardness 
Vickers hardness ≥3000 HV, only second to diamond.

Q1: What is the service life of boron carbide nozzle compared with txxgsten carbide nozzle?
A: Under the same blasting condition, boron carbide nozzle service life is 3–5 times longer than txxsten carbide nozzle. It is more cost-effective for long-time continuous blasting.

Q2: What types of abrasives are suitable for boron carbide nozzle?
A: Fit for silica sand, white alumina, brown corundum, steel grit, glass bead and other common blasting media. Not recommended for ultra-hard abrasive with excessive pressure for long term.
Q3: What's the difference between straight hole nozzle and venturi nozzle?
A: Venturi nozzle has larger blasting coverage and higher blasting efficiency.

Straight bore nozzle concentrates jet force, suitable for partial precise cleaning.
