Heat Resistance Transparent Quartz Dish

Quartz square box/tank is made of high-purity fused quartz, featuring high temperature resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and high light transmittance. It is integrally formed (or fire-polished) with no obvious welding seams, smooth inner and outer walls, and no contamination to the stored or processed materials

Material Properties of the quartz box

This high-purity quartz square box/tank is processed from high-quality synthetic fused silica (or natural quartz) with purity up to 99.99% SiO2.

It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (usable at 1100℃ for long term, 1300℃ for short term), acid and alkali resistance (insoluble in most inorganic acids except hydrofluoric acid), high visible/UV light transmittance, and good thermal stability. 

The product is designed with square structure for space-saving and easy operation, with polished inner surface to avoid material adhesion and facilitate cleaning; the edge is rounded and polished to prevent scratch, and the bottom is thickened to enhance load-bearing performance.
